Through 10 years of experience I have discovered that most anxiety, illness, ailments and conditions are deeper than their symptoms. As a result, my practice addresses healing through cognitive recovery of root emotional issues.

Every person is so different. Therefore, physically, mentally, spiritually and emotionally, each person must be treated differently. Working with me, we work through the symptoms, to discover deeper levels of your own personal health and recovery.

In determining the core issues, we develop a customized plan, establishing goals and a step by step program to help achieve these goals.

Through diet change, cognitive behavior therapy we work together to develop and refine practical and effective lifestyle changes that produce results.
